How to report

Email security@hespoire.com with enough detail for us to reproduce the problem. Our machine-readable contact details are in security.txt.

What we ask

• Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, beyond what is needed to show the problem.
• Do not use denial-of-service attacks, social engineering or physical attacks.
• Give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you share it publicly.

What we promise

• We aim to respond within five working days.
• We will keep you informed about progress.
• We will not take legal action against you if you follow these rules in good faith.
